After orders have been made, and good received by BK personal shopper, they are shipped to the collection point in Lagos, Nigeria. Delivery to Nigeria should take between 7-14 working days.
90% of total cost has to be paid before goods are ordered and shipped and the other 10% before goods are collected. Once item have reached the collection point, customers would be notified and expected to pick up their packages within 3 weeks. BK Personal shopper would not be liable to any loss after the 3 weeks pick up period.(Home delivery can also be arranged at an extra cost to the costumer)
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after goods have been purchased and we do not operate a return policy.
